Refund policy

 

We want you to love your new dining set. However, we understand that sometimes a piece might not fit your space perfectly.

1. "Change of Mind" Returns (14 Days)

If you wish to return an item because it does not fit or you changed your mind:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping. Please note: Returning palletized furniture can be expensive.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, resellable condition.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover repackaging and inspection upon return.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your furniture arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage (noted on the delivery receipt):

  • We will replace the item free of charge.

  • We will arrange for the collection of the damaged piece.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made orders (e.g., Bespoke Velvet Colors that are not standard stock) may be subject to stricter return conditions. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about a color.
