Premium Delivery for Premium Furniture

Because our pieces are constructed from solid wood and finished by hand, we prioritize safety over speed. We do not ship our dining sets in flimsy boxes; we ship them on secure, reinforced pallets to ensure they arrive in showroom condition.

1. Processing & Lead Times

  • Made-to-Order Furniture: Most of our premium pieces are crafted to order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production and expert finishing before dispatch.

  • In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 2-4 business days (needed for final quality inspection and specialized packaging).

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-10 business days, depending on your location in Europe and customs processing.

2. Shipping Zones & Rates

We deliver strictly to Mainland Europe and select premium Non-EU destinations.

  • Mainland EU (France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, etc.): 

    •  Orders under €1000: €80 (Standard Shipping)

    • Orders €1000 and over: Free (Secure Pallet Shipping)

  • Non-EU Premium Markets (Switzerland, UK Mainland, Norway, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Andorra):

    • Orders under €1000: €150 (Standard International Shipping)

    • Orders €1000 and over: Free (Secure Pallet Shipping)

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Non-EU Orders)

For deliveries outside the European Union (such as Switzerland, the UK, or Norway), import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes (e.g., VAT) are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be collected by the courier upon delivery. Refusal to pay these fees will result in the shipment being returned, and the expensive return shipping costs will be entirely deducted from your final refund.

4. How We Ship (The "Secure Pallet" Standard)

  • To eliminate the risk of damage during transit, orders of 4 or more chairs (or large dining tables) are strictly shipped on wooden pallets.

  • Single Orders: Shipped via specialized courier in reinforced boxes.

  • Sets/Tables: Shipped via Freight Carrier. The carrier will contact you by phone to schedule the delivery slot.

5. Delivery Method: Curbside Delivery

  • Please note that standard freight delivery is "Curbside" (to the curb/street level).

  • The driver will unload the pallet from the truck to the nearest accessible ground-level area (sidewalk or driveway).

  • The driver is not insured to carry furniture inside your home, up stairs, or to assemble it.

  • Recommendation: Please ensure you have assistance (a family member or friend) to help you bring the items inside on the day of delivery.

⚠️ 6. CRITICAL: Receiving Your Order (Inspection Policy)

Please read this carefully to protect your purchase. Insurance covers damage only if it is noted at the time of delivery.

  • Inspect the Packaging: Before signing the driver's paperwork, inspect the pallet/boxes for any visible signs of damage (tears, crushed corners, holes).

  • Sign with "DAMAGED": If you see even minor damage to the box, you must write the word "DAMAGED" next to your signature on the driver's handheld device or paper.

  • Take Photos: Take photos of the packaging before opening it.

  • Report Immediately: If the furniture inside is damaged, contact us within 24 hours at contact@classicture.com with photos.

  • If you sign for the delivery as "In Good Condition" without inspecting it, we cannot file a claim with the carrier, and replacements may not be covered.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your new dining set. However, we understand that sometimes a piece might not fit your space perfectly.

1. "Change of Mind" Returns (14 Days)

If you wish to return an item because it does not fit or you changed your mind:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping. Please note: Returning palletized furniture internationally can be very expensive.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, resellable condition.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover repackaging and inspection upon return.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your furniture arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage (noted on the delivery receipt as instructed above):

  • We will replace the item free of charge.

  • We will arrange for the collection of the damaged piece.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made orders (e.g., Bespoke Velvet Colors that are not standard stock or custom table finishes) may be subject to stricter return conditions. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about a color.
